Can I view multiple videos at the same time?

No. If you attempt to view videos simultaneously, the first will be automatically recycled in an effort to prevent abuse. Advertisers are paying for your attention, please give it to them!

I have enough BVPs to be in higher group, but still showing I am in lower group.

If you see you are in a lower group while you have enough BVPs to be in a higher group, it’s not a bug or mistake. We deliver Paid Video ads via Cron. At end of the server day (00:00) firstly Cron checks users BVPs, then corrects the groups. After 01:00 Cron delivers paid videos to users.
Example: If you are at group 3 and bought some ad packs to have BVPs to reach group 4, you will continue to be in group 3 for today and then your group will be 4 at end of server day (00:00).

Viewing Bonus Videos

Each bonus ad you view adds 7 days of "active" status to your account (required to receive paid video ads), and also adds 10 BVP to your account (your earning potential; each bonus video will thereby deliver $0.005 in BTC worth of paid video ads to your account ASAP)
* You can view a maximum of 10 activation bonus video ads per server day.

How do I earn video points?

In addition to the free ways to earn Video Points as mentioned above. You can also earn Video Points by purchasing video and banner advertising with us.

Every $1 of Video and Banner Advertising you purchase will add 2700 BVP to your account and 3000 BVP if you're on paid premium membership. 

Handling Errors (without forfeiting the video)

If you encounter an error whilst viewing a video ad, for example the continue button won't submit, you get logged out, or you try to view two videos at the same time, and the system returns an error (as it thinks you're cheating). In order to not forfeit the video, you need to do as follows:

1. Close the popup displaying the video.

2. Return to your Paid Videos page. Here you will be able to click "Watch Video" again. Then as the timer hits 30 seconds everything should work, and you'll get paid.

Why am I not receiving video ads, when I have Video Points?

Firstly ensure that your account is currently active from your members main page.

- Only active accounts receive paid video ads.
- Each bonus video you view, extends your account activation period by 7days.
- Inactive accounts freeze, until such time that you re-active them with an activation video.

But remember, we only issue paid video ads that are available (have been purchased by advertisers). From time to time there maybe insufficient video ads in circulation to issue every single user at least one video ad daily. In that case, help us find more advertisers, and earn 10% referral commission.

Video Points Overview

Bonus Video Points (BVP) are essentially your earning potential when it comes to receiving paid Video Ads. 

More Bonus Video Points = More High Value Video Ads = More Earnings To Your Pocket

If you have 2000 BVP, then you will receive paid video ads totalling $1 in BTC in view value, as soon as possible. As each video ad is delivered to your account, the corresponding amount of BVP is deducted instantly. Irrelevant of whether you interact (and get paid) with the video ad or not.

Also note that if you have 2000 BVP, then your earning potential is limited / capped to receiving video ads no greater than $1 in value... So if you only have 2000 BVP, and there is a $2 paid video ad in circulation, you will not be eligible to receive it as that would require 4000 BVP to receive that video ad... Therefore maintaining a big BVP balance is key to receiving the highest value video ads.

Do you have a vacation mode?

If you are going on vacation, and wish to protect your Video Points from being consumed by paid video ads that you will not be able to view on within the 18-hour time limit. You can deactivate your account in two ways;

1) Free way: Don't view any Bonus (activation) Videos. And let your account activity timer zero to coincide with your holiday. View your account activity status timer on your members homepage.

2) Paid Vacation: If the above free way is not an option, then you can purchase a vacation from your Vacation Mode page. For $3.99 you can freeze your account indefinitely. Then when you return from your holiday, view any "Bonus Video" - and video ads will resume being delivered to your account within a few hours. With all your BVP and other data intact.

What is the minimum cashout?
